Conformal arrays offer all-round coverage with multiple elements distributed around the circumference. An integral feed network connects all the elements to a single connector accessible from inside the airframe. Less than a millimetre thick, the antenna is easy to integrate flush with the skin, protecting it from the airflow and eliminating parasitic drag. It can be designed with linear or circular polarisation, and is suitable for almost all applications.
